You may return your product to LORDIS ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with completed returns slip.
Items must be returned in an unworn state with tags and packaging.
We can only refund the credit card originally used for payment.
For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and nature of the problem.
Please note that all returns are delivered to our logistics warehouse & are then forwarded to LORDIS for processing. Therefore please expect a delay between the time your tracking information says “Delivered” and your return being processed.
Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.
We recommend that you return your item(s) via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.
